Summary
This trek takes you deep into the High Atlas Mountains, following ancient paths that connect remote villages, high valleys, and mountain terrain.
Over six days on foot, the journey gradually gains altitude as you move through changing landscapes shaped by both nature and tradition. Along the way, you’ll spend time with Berber communities, share local hospitality, and experience a way of life that has remained largely unchanged for generations.
The route leads to high mountain passes and remote camps, including the striking setting of Ifni Lake, before culminating in the ascent of Mount Toubkal at 4,167 metres.
