Oakhaven Hospice Trust provides specialist palliative care and support to those facing life-limiting illness and their loved ones in both a home and hospice setting. Our team of specialist Oakhaven nurses, doctors, counsellors and physiotherapists ease physical symptoms and offer psychological, spiritual and social support. Their care is tailored to suit the needs of each individual and, with a blend of expertise and compassion, the team offers support for people when they most need it.

Phyllis Tuckwell is the only Hospice Care service for adult patients, and their families, across the whole of West Surrey and part of North East Hampshire. Every day we support over 250 patients, carers and relatives at the Hospice in Farnham, at the Beacon Centre in Guildford and in their own homes. A lot has changed over the years, but the one thing that has remained constant is our commitment to compassionate care and support ..... because every day is precious!
