DREAM CHALLENGES PRIZE DRAW — TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is Dream Challenges Ltd, [registered address].
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Dream Challenges, Women V Cancer, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry period
The prize draw opens on 21 January 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 28th February 2026.
4. How to enter
To enter, complete the Challenge Finder quiz at https://app.dream-challenges.com/findyourchallenge and submit a valid email address. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
5. Entry limit
One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be counted.
6. Prizes
Prizes include:

A place on a Dream Challenges trip (winner chooses from the challenges on their results page)
£500 discount vouchers
Free registration on selected events
Training packs
Water bottles

Prizes are subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
7. Winner selection
Winners will be selected at random via an online prize draw mechanism. Each valid entrant will receive a link by email on a Tuesday following their entry. The prize allocated is determined at random when the link is opened.
8. Winner notification
Winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
9. No cash alternative
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
10. Challenge prize
The challenge prize includes the reg fee and challenge costs only. Winners are responsible for fundraising commitments, travel insurance, flights and airport taxes (where not included), visas, vaccinations, and any other personal expenses. The prize is subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of Dream Challenges.
11. Data protection
By entering, you agree that your email address and name may be used by Dream Challenges to administer the prize draw and send you the prize draw link. Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
12. General
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
13. Winner announcement
A list of winners will be available on request by emailing customerservice@dream-challenges.com after 31st March 2026.
